Dress Up Neutrals

This outfit is inspired by someone that had a style question regarding a black and white striped dress -- asking how to accessorize it.
 
When you have a high boat neckline and want to wear a necklace, use long statement pieces that fall past the bust. While metallics are wonderful, then can blend in too much with a piece like this. So, grab a BIG bright brooch such as this purple flower and attach to a multi strand silver necklace. Not in the mood for a necklace? Bold earrings in a bright colour are another option.
 
I always love coloured shoes with neutrals -- fun and elegant, they are a great way to make your outfit stand out! Pair those with a bold lip red lip and you'll definitely stand out!
