Designer Steals!

Most people nowadays are on the hunt for designer clothing - and not only because they are beautiful and exquisitely crafted, but they can make you look fabulous also. The issue for most is the price that comes along with these labels.

As a result, chain stores have popped up everywhere to satisfy the fashionable, while still being kind to their wallets - but the quality disappears.

So is that our only option? Heavier prices or no quality?

Thanks to the beauty of the internet, I can happily say, "no".

Almost everyone alive today has heard of "ebay" - I myself, do not use it as much as some may - BUT I do use it for finding fabulous designer steals every now and then. If you know the size you fit for a certain designer, you can simply log on, and search the designer - voila! Hundreds of options in different sizes, colours, and styles will pop up for you at a fraction of the price. When I first discovered this, I have to admit, I thought "okay - well something has to be wrong with the item". But to my happy surprise, the few things I've purchased off there are in mint condition!

Granted, you could end up bidding against other people and lose out on the item - but, when you do luck out...you luck out big.

How big of a steal are we talking?

To give you an idea - I lucked out and purchases a gorgeous Louis Vuitton agenda for $60.00. Yup. You read it correctly. It came with the authenticity tags, with no scratches, etc.

So next time you're eyeing a classic designer piece - take a look on Ebay. You never know what you might find. :)
